2. The right to express themselves, in a family-friendly way.
3. The right to be respected as an individual.
4. The right to have their comfort levels and boundaries respected.
5. The right not to be harassed.
6. The right not to have these rights infringed by other members.
If you feel that any of these rights have been infringed upon, please contact a moderator or administrator, who will take the appropriate action.

If you’re new to the Anixekai Community, taking the step for the first time to post publicly to our message board can sometimes seem intimidating. Don’t be afraid to jump into a discussion. We have a very supportive Community that serves up heavy doses of support, encouragement and enthusiasm--with just a little fan-girling on the side. We love meeting new people and being friendly. While we hope that you’ll become an active participant and join in our discussions, you’re welcome, of course, to simply hang out silently until you feel more comfortable posting a message.

1. Give the post a MEANINGFUL TITLE. The content of the post should be clear from the title. Please be brief in the title of the post, but yet specific enough so readers will know if the post will be of interest to them.
2. Do not post "Thank You" messages to every person who answers your question or to every post you find useful.
3. Please do not start a new thread on a topic already being discussed. Use the search function and read the forum prior to posting.
4. DO NOT post iN aLL uPPer CaSe. IT IS LIKE YELLING and it is very rude. This goes for TITLES as well.
5. Please don't email members of the forum to ask inappropriate questions.
6. For your safety, please DO NOT post your telephone number or mailing address on the forums (exchange your contact information via email only).
7. Please note that no unsolicited or unauthorized advertising. This includes promotion of items for personal financial gain, as well as promotion of an item or issue for the purpose of mass communication. Further, mass posting or ‘spamming’ the community is not allowed. Mass spamming can be defined as the sending of unsolicited messages (ads, links, referral ids, etc) to multiple recipients. Doing it will results of permanent ban of your account and no appeal will be entertained

Unfortunately you cant.
Your account name cannot be changed or deleted either by yourself or by the moderating team. This is basically to avoid confusion between users and also to preserve the integrity of the database.
We did suggest you to abandon your account in Anixekai and never log in again.

Basically, we do not have any real set guidelines for promoting members, but there some rules that we have in place to guide us on this task.
Basically, Expert and Emeritus positions are granted by the moderation team, proposed by a fellow moderator. At least two moderators have to accept any promotion, without objection by another moderator.
Unfortunately, these positions are not available to apply, however; you may suggest another member that you feel worthy for it. These positions are consider special and shall only be proudly given upon members that really worth it. The position may be revoked at any time, usually if the member violates the rules , or is no longer active in the community.
While, the Jounin's position is mostly being offered to the members that are ethical and responsible. These members are selected based on the major contribution and responsible posting in the boards. Besides that, if you have a great idea as well as a great contribution to the forum, you may apply for it.
Sanins are promoted from the Jounin's position based on his/her contribution to the community.
In general, all the members of the moderation team are mean to help improve and secure the harmony of the forum!
